Step 2
Create your login
Make sure to use the email address you provided when you registered for the service - this is how our system will recognise you.
Choose a secure password and use a valid mobile phone number to ensure the two-factor authentication works.
Step 3
Complete your initial assessment
Head to ‘Today’ in the Liva app and select the first task in the list.
This is an important step in the process, as this is an NHS-funded programme, we have to ask you a series of questions about your health and general lifestyle before you start the programme.
By taking the time to thoroughly complete the initial assessment, you can also ensure that you are starting on the right foot and it helps your Health Coach understand your baseline.
Step 4
Pick your start date by scheduling your video consultation with a Health Coach
Once you’ve completed the initial assessment, the app will prompt you to schedule your video consultation.
We know that you might need more time to be ready to start your programme, so you can choose a day and time to suit you up to six weeks in advance.
We speak multiple languages! If you’re not sure which Health Coach can support you best, please contact our customer service and they’ll be able to help.
That’s it! You’re signed up and ready to go.
Once you have completed these steps, your official starting point is the video consultation with a Health Coach. In the meantime, you will be able to explore the Liva app, set small goals, and start tracking your progress.
